Demonophonic Blues

Sometimes when I look at other people's review to decide if I want to buy a CD or not I get burned! Of course, I try to research the music in as many sites as possible starting with AMG, Tower Records, and last but not least Amazon. I value the opinion of the reviewers sometimes as much as the so called professional reviewers. I am always looking for the average stars and for the description of certain aspects of the artist (s). I picked up some [...] along the way and it burns my buns that some people would have the nerve to say wonderful things about a band that basically sucks! Let me just say the Tony C. & the Truth are the real deal! I do not know where this guy has been hiding but just one listen and I was Happy as a Clam in cold water! Tony C., has style, a powerful sound and his lyrics are not the baby baby, I'm so emotional I could die type (not that there is anything wrong with sentivity as long as its accompanied by powerful creative force!). For the few that reviewed Tony C., & the Truth on this site I thank you now for I might forget later. No Baloney, this guy is the real deal and you would be hard pressed to find many complaints about this CD. Now, I do not mind honesty, harsh criticism and insightful opinions! Who am I? An avid music listener in constant search for music above average and Tony C., & the Truth are a welcome part of my, and believe me, anyone's collection. After hearing the single "Little Bit More" on the local radio station a couple months ago, I spent time trying to locate more from this group. I was able to sample the CD on Amazon and loved what I'd heard. So, I bought tickts to a show they were playing in DC and LOVED it. Tony C & The Truth live are tight. The CD is amazing, and the live show only gets better.
The entire band is laid-back and down to earth. Tony and the guys signed numerous autographs (and body parts) and maintained their sense of humor.
Tony's voice is enough to make women melt, his lyrics are great, and the music amazing. A bit of blues, lots of rock, some great tracks laid down by DJ Prestige and you have an album that has stayed in my CD player for a week straight. I've been recommending it to everyone!
