Patch Adams - Collector's Edition

I've always been a fan of Robin Williams. He's managed to make many many great movies. This being one of his best ever.

Working in the medical field myself for many years I've always been partial to good movies like these that relate to what I do. People in hospital don't want to be there thus making them laugh helps them to feel better about the problems before them.

People have remorked that this is a typical Williams movie, but hey it is still a number one hit as far as I'm concerned, this is an older one of his movies and the transfer to HD-DVD was great. Great quality transfer, my entire family has enjoyed this movie a couple times now and we still laugh hard at it.

HD quality I would rate about 4.5, some areas could be improved
Sound to me was great as well, they did a good job transfering that as well. 4.5 there as well.

Patch Adams is my all-time Favorite Movie. It has been since the first time I saw it years ago and everytime I rewatch this movie, I get to feel the exact feelings that I felt the first time I watched it. It's touching, heart warming and Inspiring!

I bought this dvd. I don't know why. After I watched it, I felt like I still needed to get my money's worth. So I used the case to castrate a goat. Don't worry, it was done humanely. The goat is fine. After I used the case to castrate the goat, the goat and I went into the backyard and built a glorious bonfire. We then burned the Patch Adamd dvd together.

Such a wonderful movie...Robin Williams is soo hilarious...it is such a wonderful movie with such an awesome story.

One of Robin's best performances! Very lovable character, that will make you smile many times. The kind of guy a lot of people would love to be like. Story of a man at the end of his line, who has a revelation about life and his situation that creates a dramatic change. Very, enjoyable movie.
