I'm a 48 year old woman. I've been exercising seriously for the past 18 years. I've never gotten results from anything like I have from Hip Hip Abs. Those who say it doesn't work are not doing it correctly. If you engage your muscles the way Shaun T. tells you to, you will not only lose weight, you will get that 6-pack he promises. The love handles will melt away. It's true! I've lost 20 pounds I didn't even know I COULD lose. I fit into the same size jeans I wore in high school. I can eat pretty much anything I like, and if I do my Hip Hop Abs 3 or 4 days a week, I can keep it off.
Don't give up so easily on a product that will make your life better in so many ways.

I paid over 100 dollars for hip hop abs thinking it was going to be great. After getting the package i gave it a shot and its nothing great. I could have went to the library and just rented a video for free. Three of the videos are only around 25 min long and 1 of them is around 5 min long.
You could have really fit all the dvd's on one dvd they put them on 4 just so you feel that you are getting more DONT BE FOOLED. To be honest with you its not really worth all the money that you pay. Really do you need to pay all that money for his videos when you can go rent a abs video at the library for free. Im not telling you if you should or should not buy his video's im just letting you know what you are getting for all the money you are spending.---NOTHING REALLY

I am having a blast with this DVD. Shaun T is cheesy and silly, but in a really good way. I have been working out with this for a week and have gotten the hang of it and am really enjoying the energy.

There is an option to choose even louder music, so that when you get sick of hearing the instructions you can crank up the tunes over his voice, but I am still needing the direction and enjoying his spirited leading.

I can feel this in my abs and everywhere else, and it hardly feels like work. I love that I can do ab work without laying down and doing those infernal crunches!

After hearing me complain about my weight all the time, my mom ordered this workout and encouraged me to do it. At first I was like "Yeah, whatever," but I finally tried it, and I sure wasn't dissapointed!
These workouts will definately not bore you! They're high-paced, energetic and will really make you sweat! Plus, Shaun-T looks as if he belongs on the dance floor and is always really encouraging! At first, they're pretty hard to keep up with, but if you stick with it and get the moves down, they become pretty enjoyable!
I've definately noticed it in my abs and legs as well... true I haven't seen the "Miracle results" that they promise on t.v. all the time, but I can definately feel and see a difference!
The only bad part about these workouts in my opinion is the music, which is lacking in what you associate with "Hip-hop" Overall though, they're worth the investment!

Okay, when I first started this program I did not think that I was really going to get a real workout. I was wrong! I completed one part of this program which by the way, there are (4) exercise routines in this program.
You will definitely work up a sweat if you are just beginning to exercise. I think that you will work up a sweat if you are not a beginner; however, I usually do two workouts to get a really good sweat from this dvd. Enjoy!
