| Cheap But Worth It |
Great radio for the money, shipped fast and installed quickly in my 1985 Suburban using 2 shaft config. You would have to be real stupid not to see that the side brackets come off for this type of easy install. Only 30 watts but with MP3 input it really is a steal and now I also can play my old cassette tapes again. Not high end but functional for an old truck. |

| Very high tech!!!! |
This is about as high tech as you can get when it comes to car stereos.
The only thing wrong that i noticed was that the slot for the cds was too small and i could not fit a cd inside. Also the navigation part was a little tricky to use. I guess I'll have to read the directions a little bit to familiarize myself with this product. |

| Great value |
If you are looking for something, anything, to fill the void in your old dash, without hacking it open to DIN size, this is worth your consideration. I have no use for the cassette and only limited interest in the analog tuner. But the aux input is great, and surprisingly, the tuner is pretty good too. Power output is marginal. Plan to use the line out jacks and an external amplifier if your car is moderately noisy. Not a 5 star product, but definitely a good value and worth the money not to have to do dash surgery. |

| not as advertised |
This unit was advertised as a replacement for older dual shaft units. This is not the case. It is in fact a DIN unit masquerading as a dual shaft product, that is incompatible with original shaft-mounted units. |

| My Cheap iPod-Ready Boat Radio |
I put the DC4100 in my boat (inside the cabin, not waterproof for exterior use) with the pure intention of simply having a radio on my boat that was iPod ready. Having looking at other decks with more features, I really couldn't see spending more money for stuff I likely wouldn't use. I wanted to have some power for driving medium sized speakers, and I didn't want to waste time installing a used deck, so I opted for this product. It met my expectations on quality and construction, and it sounded as good as I hoped using either the radio or the iPod. A good solution for the money. |
