| a great basic iPod without the big pricetag |
If you just want an iPod for music and don't feel like dropping hundreds of dollars, this one is for you.
it's sleek, small, and sturdy (it's been dropped a couple of times without reprocussion). It's great for music. The 4GB hard drive size is substantial for mp3s (i have a few hundred songs and it's not even half full), but not the best option if you want to watch movies/videos (especially if you want the videos in addition to the music). it's shorter and wider than the previous nano, but just as thin and it has a full color screen to display album covers and such. overall, a great value for the money if you looking for an iPod primarily to play music.
it's also worth pointing out: iPods do not come with AC chargers. you charge them through your computer via a usb connection. ac chargers must be purchased seperately. |

| iPod review |
Once I downloaded iTunes, the iPod performed admirably. For its size, its performance is surprising to the new user. I purchased it for my wife who is undergoing chemo and needed a music source that could absorb selections from her CD collection and play them back for the three to five hours she had to spend in the chair at the oncology center. The small size and shape make this device very well suited for use in a breast pocket and the quality of the tone is great. Phillip Raoul Douville. |
