| So-so |
Well, I'd say that one of the previous reviewers was right - this book is way too big and it could've been cut in half. Endless Dr. Phil references and general chestbeating are rather amusing, as well.
Still, there are some things that one might learn for himself/herself by reading this book - the idea that you actually have to work on your job search, the fact that hiring managers have no clue about what they're doing etc. etc.
Unfortunately, good parts are mostly lost in the myriad of spiritual advice and general talk about Dr. Phil and author's biography/accomplishments. |

| Very good book |
A very good book to get a handle on what the dynamics are for finding a job. It will provide to you what is the mind set of the people doing the interview process. The only caveat is that you have to remember this is written from the perspective of a headhunter. |

This book is GREAT - I am currently employeed and looking for a job. This book is taking the what if out of the equation. Then breaks it down so looking for a job is pretty easy. |

| Definitely works |
A must read for anyone serious about finding a new job. If there is any 'roadmap' for navigating the job market - this is it. Since employing Beshera's techniques I've had 6 interviews and have a pending job offer in less than a month. |
