Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Book 7)

This book starts out fast passed and then goes to sleep after the first chapter and never wakes up. Honestly it reminds me of a really reminded me of the middle of StarTrek the movie when they encounter Voyager and are stuck on the ship. Great action before and after, but not this book. It was a total waste after the first chapter. Save your money here and on the later movie.

I think we all know that this book would be the most dramatic, climactic, and not to mention the best of the series. Now, I own all the Deathly Hollows books, ( regular and Dexluxe), and the CD audiobook. The book(s) of course was the best book I have ever read. But the audiobook caught me by surprise. I read the reviews around the wed and decided to go out on a limb and buy my first HP audiobook. I was completely blown away. The audiobook was definitly a better purchase than the Dexule edition and mabey the regular book. It is read wonderfully by Jim Dale. He reads it almost perfectly, his voice changes moods and piches perfectly. The audiobook, not to mention the book, is the best piece of media I have ever listened to, or read.

I couldn't believe this book! It was a little hard to fallow at first, but as you get into it... It really started to pick up on the excitement right from the start! Finding out secret after secret and problem after problem! It was just a thriller in its self. My personal thought is just this. I knew it the entire time about Professor Snape. Just knew it. And It was kind of obvious on who was gonna hook up with who, but exciting none the less.

Bought several as gifts. Delivered exactly when told it would be. Great book.

What a great finale to the series. I've been reading the series since they first came out, and while I don't really qualify as a Harry Potter super-fan, I enjoy the diversion. This final book really brought everything together an a thoughtful, clever, and satisfying manner. Bravo.
