I made a mistake by leaving a negative feedback for this seller ( PRO SAVINGS IMPORT EXPORT, INC) It was "User Error" and not the sellers fault. I would like to say that this seller has been very good at helping with any problems that I have and his product is very good.

| A fine suit with an affordable price tag |
I bought this suit as a gift for my husband and we are both extemely pleased with it. The day after the order was placed I woke up with the revelation that I had chosen a size too big. I had measured my husband's arm with his elbow bent, (which is the professional way to do it) but I had taken the measurement up to the middle of his psalm. Realizing my error, I immediately emailed Amazon, who advised me to state what I wanted to say and that they would send it to the supplier for me. They further informed me that all further communication would be direct to and from the supplier. I did as they advised, stating the size that I really wanted. The following day I checked for a response, there was no answer. I checked my account on Amazon and saw that the suit had been shipped.
Imagine, order done on Saturday night, shipment on Monday. I lamented that this suit was going to arrive too big and adjustments would have to be made. What a nuisance. When the suit arrived, I asked my husband to try it on, telling him sorry but we will have to take it to a tailor. He replied no, it is the right size. We both looked at the label and it was the right size. He tried it on. Perfect fit. Only the trousers were left unhemmed to allow the buyer to choose their appropriate lenth. The supplier saw the email and acted upon it not bothering to reply. I quite like their level of efficiency. We are both so pleased with this suit. The quality of the fabric is good and cool and the navy is really smart looking. I am thinking of buying him a brown from that same supplier. |
